Booking Info/Policies
Flate Rate:
I charge flat rates for SOME flash (large flash pieces/projects are my hourly of $200/hr) with a minimum charge of $250 and I am currently cash only. The only time your flat rate may change is if there is a drastic change in design, size or placement that would require me adjusting compensation for labour. Most flash have preset prices and minimum sizing (but I will give you a couple options at your appointment). Customs are given an estimated price range depending on the info in your submission form. Please be prepared for either the high or low end of that estimate as your finalised rate will depend on the actual sizing the day of your appointment.
Pay What You Can:
‘Pay What You Can’ is my way of being as accessible as possible. Being no stranger to tough times, this policy is really in place for those of us who struggle to meet daily needs. That being said, it is based on an honour system, I will not ask you to prove your situation to me. If you find yourself without any type of savings, you struggle to meet every day necessities like food, housing, healthcare, etc, or you have several dependents and are unable to ‘treat yourself’ as often as you deserve, this is for you. Please be sure to mention that you will be implementing this policy on your submission form!
Deposits & Fees:
All appointments are required to submit a $150, non-refundable deposit in order to secure your date and time. The deposit is in place to account for my time and work spent on designing and preparing for your appointment. It also protects me from cancellations or no-shows. Please note that if you decide to make large adjustments to, or change your design entirely, on the day of your appointment you will have to reschedule and submit another deposit (it helps to be as detailed as you can about what you want with links to references in your form).
There is a strict 15-minute late policy. If you fail to notify me within the 15 minute window, it will be treated as a cancellation.
If you are rescheduling 2 days prior to your appointment, there is an extra $50 charge (this is in place to mostly ensure thoughtful booking and to help us be considerate of everyone’s time).
I am cash only. If you do need to send me an electronic payment via ApplePay or Venmo, you will be charged an additional $50 convenience fee.
Booking Process:
When my books are open, you can fill out my booking form. I respond to submissions on Tuesdays and Thursdays every week. You will receive a response via email offering you a date and time for an appointment. In the spirit of keeping everything fair, you will need to respond within 24 hours before the slot is offered to someone else.
Custom Tattoos
I love custom pieces and am always so stoked to collaborate with you guys on a unique tattoo. But, depending on travel dates and availability I can’t always accept every request. Please know this is nothing personal at all and please feel free to submit multiple ideas!
Custom designs are not sent out in advance. However, please be prepared to schedule a Zoom/video call prior to your appointment to go over your design. Ideally, the only adjustments we might make day of are those for sizing or minor detailing. COVID/Sick Policy
Because I travel so much I ask that you all come to your appointment masked regardless of vaccination status.
If possible, please limit the amount of guests you bring to your appointment (ideally, I prefer things to be one on one).
If you do become sick or COVID positive please notify me ASAP! If we are unable to reschedule you for a time during my initial visit to your city, you do have a couple options:
You can choose to place your deposit on ‘hold’ until new travel dates are scheduled for your city. You will have to resubmit a form, but will receive priority booking for those dates or…
You may choose to receive a partial refund (this will typically be half of your deposit.)
